En temps de tecnologia i dispositius mòbils, en els quals les joves generacions viuen més pendents del ‘like’ que de com acabarà el següent capítol de la seua novel·la favorita és més necessari que mai l’aposta per la literatura infantil. Si això va de la mà de l’adaptació de tot un clàssic, molt millor. Reclam Editorial i l’autor d’Alcoi Jordi Raül Verdú (Alcoi, 1960) han llançat una versió actualitzada de ‘El Princepet’, la gran obra d’Antoine de Saint-Exupéry -que tan present està 80 anys després de la seua publicació-, enfocada a conservar aqueix hàbit tan saludable que és la lectura entre els més xicotets.
L’obra, ja disponible en la pàgina web de l’editorial Reclam i en totes les llibreries, serà presentada al públic dijous que ve, dia 7 d’octubre, en un acte que se celebrarà en l’Espai Àgora d’Alcoi a partir de les 18.30 hores.
L’autor ha exposat la seua alegría per la bona salut de la qual gaudeix hui dia la literatura infantil i juvenil, a més de veure a aquest sector cultural necessari a l’hora de formar persones: “La tecnologia i el paper ofereixen coses molt diferents. Les pantalles ho donen tot pràcticament fet. La lectura no. Aquest llibre, com molts altres, t’ofereix la possibilitat de somiar, d’imaginar i de créixer. De desenvolupar-te com a persona.
